Mendokoro Natsumi in Kita

By far the best ramen I have had in Japan. They have perfected their broth, serving size is not too large but definitely not small. Each component of the ramen was done well - the meat was tender and they definitely didn't skimp out on the qty of the meat; the egg was perfectly soft boiled; noodles were nice and chewy. Overall, an honest 10/10. Note: when I went, there was a bit of a queue, but it was well worth it. PLEASE try it out!

Great ramen! I highly recommend the dense pork ramen (こってり 豚骨). Soup was delicious with fish and meat flavor. I was also able to pay cashless with PayPay! First time I'm able to do so in a ramen shop! Staff was friendly and impeccable!

the tsukeman is just okay.

I ate shio ramen, and the entanglement between the soup and the noodles was good and refreshing.The char siu is also not too soft and has just the right texture.In addition to thin noodles, you can choose curly noodles and there are many menu variations, so I would like to repeat.

Excellent ramen. Ham instead of chashu. Had the tsukemen ramen as suggested and it was excellent. Perfectly cooked eggs. Great noodles. Very nice, rich flavor. If you love good ramen you need to stop by here
